Mark of the Z heating and cooling rocks. Our furnace was only 3 years old but started blowing cold air this morning (12/2/20...could this calendar year get any worse?). My family and I woke up to the house being 58 degrees. Called this company, and Jameson came out within 4 hours. Wasn’t even an emergency fee or anything. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The company has a flat hourly rate and he finished what needed to be done in about 20 minutes, so he went ahead and did a full furnace tune/check up to ensure I got my money’s worth! I highly recommend this company and Jameson as well. Give him a raise!! Will definitely call them again if I have other furnace issues, but it’s almost blowing TOO hot now so hopefully won’t have to deal with it for a while. Thanks for honest quality service!

My technician, Jameson with Mark of the Z, was absolutely amazing. He was patient with my questions and was kind enough to teach me some things as he was working. Peak of the heat. Estimated 2-3 weeks to get units we wanted due to covid and how busy they were. yet they managed to track 1 down and install within a week. VERY FRIENDLY COURTEOUS AND CLEAN. Boss, salesman, and installer. Highly recommend. Stay local keep the little guys going!
